Noelle’s career goal from the young age of 8 was to become a tattoo artist! She chased that dream straight out of highschool and become an incredibly skilled and experienced professional tattoo artist here at Parlour Eleven. She began her tattoo apprenticeship with us in 2020 while attending university full time. Noelle earned her 4 year Illustration degree at Emily Carr and completed her 2 year apprenticeship in 2022! Noelle’s drive and passion continues to show in the exceptional quality of her work that she does in her tattooing and art as well as in the care and compassion she shows her clients, creating a comfortable and welcoming experience with great communication. She brings an illustrative and whimsical flair to her work along with easy to read composition and keen body placement. Noelle works in both color and black and grey and takes on projects of all sizes and content. She has loads and loads of pre-drawn designs and flash to choose from and loves to create custom designs for her clients.

Noelle’s home base is our Mission location. Her books open approximately every 3 months for the upcoming 3 months and announces on social media when she’s going to be open for booking.
